Before calling Technical Support, please follow these steps:

1. Please read the sections in the manual relevant to Troubleshooting and Help for solutions.

2. Write down all of the information regarding the problem you are having. For instance where it occurs in the program, any other applications you may have loaded, and note any on screen messages.

3. Have your Serial Number ready, as you will need to quote this for priority when calling.

4. Know your system configurations, operating system version, video and sound cards, memory and drivers installed.

5. If possible, when calling please be in front of your computer with the program loaded
